Take a moment and explore which areas of the body are influenced by the different areas of your spine. You will be amazed at how the spine and nerve system are interrelated and connected to every aspect of our expression of health and wellness.

The questions we hear most from new patients.
No — you can book directly with us. If your insurance requires a referral for coverage, we'll help you confirm that during scheduling.
Photo ID, your insurance card, and completed intake forms if you downloaded them ahead of time. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
We're in-network with most major insurers. Our team verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
It depends on what the evaluation finds. We build a plan around your specific case and reassess regularly — never a fixed package sold upfront.
Yes. Northbend Rd. is open regular hours; Wooster Pike operates by appointment only — just let us know when scheduling.

If you know you'll be standing for an extended period, wear supportive shoes and keep good posture — it's the key to a healthy spine. Keep your chin up, shoulders back, and feet about shoulder-width apart.

Get up every 30 minutes to stretch, even for just a short walk. Sit with good lower back support, feet flat on the floor, and knees at a 90° angle — use a footstool if needed. Keep your screen at eye level so you're not looking down.

Lifting is one of the most common ways to injure your back. Squat down with one foot slightly forward, keep your back straight, and bend only at the knees and hips. Hold the object close to your body and lift by straightening your legs. Never twist while lifting — turn only once you're fully upright, and use the same care setting the object back down.

If you know you'll be working or playing for a while, make sure you're adequately warmed up first. Even light activities — gardening, pushing your child on a bike — can strain something if your body isn't prepared.

If you're on the phone for long stretches, use a speaker or headset. Don't cradle the phone between your neck and shoulder — over time, this can damage the muscles and vertebrae in that area.

Straining your neck or back overnight is common — we often fall asleep unsupported, or with our necks at an odd angle. Make sure your pillow keeps your neck and head neutral with the rest of your spine. Sleeping on your stomach isn't recommended, as it puts stress on your neck and back.
